City of Cumberland Groundhog Day Celebration

The City of Cumberland is hosting the 11th annual Groundhog Day event on February 2, 2020, at Downtown City Hall, beginning at 6:30 AM! We’d love for you to join us in the festivities as we wait for Mountain Maryland Murray, our furry weather prognosticator, to enlighten us whether we will enjoy an early Spring or endure more winter weather!
