Join the C&O Canal Trust for an Open House at Lockhouse 25 on Saturday, June 24, from 12 -4 p.m. as part of Heritage Montgomery’s Heritage Days 2023. Lockhouse 25 is one of seven rehabilitated lockhouses in the C&O Canal Trust’s award-winning Canal Quarters interpretive program. Take a guided tour of the lockhouse and learn about life at Edwards Ferry during the industrious heydays of the C&O Canal, not to mention its front-row seat in the Civil War.
