Elmwood offers a farm-stay experience on an alpaca farm. It is an 1855 home recognized by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. They provide amenities for bikers and dog owners including a shuttle to and from the towpath.
At mile marker 99, take Lockwood Rd. for .5 miles. Turn right on Conococheague St., continue for 2 miles, and turn left on Kendle Rd. Elmwood Farm B&B will be on your left in .7 miles.
