The Press Room is an upscale restaurant serving new American food. They are open for dinner Wednesday through Monday and open for brunch on Sundays. At mile marker 72.7, take the circuitous ramp from the towpath to Shepherdstown Pike. At the top of the ramp, turn left and cross the bridge on a wide sidewalk. Continue for 1 mile and then turn left on W. German St., following signs for downtown Shepherdstown. Continue for .1 miles, and the Press Room will be on your left.
