Reservation Cancellation Request Form

Please use the following form to request the cancellation of your lockhouse reservation. By cancelling your reservation, you are forfeiting the ability to reschedule your reservation up to one calendar year in advance!

A consideration when requesting refunds: All proceeds from the Canal Quarters program go toward rehabilitating, preserving, and maintaining these nearly 200-year-old lockhouses and the staffing and resources to do so. We will always honor our cancellation and reschedule policies, but we ask that you consider allowing funds to stay in the program as a donation to a unique interpretive program in a national park. Thank you!

Refund Requests will be processed in adherence with our cancellation policy as outlined in our guest agreement.
