The C&O Canal Trust is proud to launch the first item in our new Canawler Line. The skilled laborers, boaters, families, and lock tenders who lived and worked on the canal in its heyday were known as Canawlers. It is through their hard work and dedication that the C&O Canal we know today exists. With this new line we aim to celebrate these workers and the park we love.
