Park After Dark 2024
Thank you for your support of the C&O Canal National Historical Park and the Canal Classrooms education program! On Saturday, September 21, we celebrated Park After Dark 2024 at the Historic Great Falls Tavern with nearly 150 members of our canal community. Thanks to you, the C&O Canal Trust raised nearly $200,000 to support the Park, including over $38,000 for Canal Classrooms. This funding will help expand programming into the Washington D.C. area. We thank you for your commitment to this critical outdoor education program and for helping to inspire the next generation of park stewards.

Park After Dark 2025 will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025. As we begin planning for next year, your feedback and suggestions will help us know what we’re doing right, and what needs to be improved. Please help us by taking a short survey.
