The C&O Canal Trust’s work is only possible
thanks to its many productive partnerships with other
organizations and agencies. The Trust has entered into
a cooperative agreement with the C&O Canal NHP
to work jointly to achieve mutually important goals.
"The C&O Canal Trust possesses the depth
and breadth of experience and creativity to cooperatively
work with the C&O Canal National Historical Park
to help connect communities with their canal heritage
through restoring historic structures and expanding
interpretive and recreational opportunities. I am
thrilled and fortunate to have their assistance.
Their work is helping to ensure that the best is
yet to come for the C&O Canal."
